Order Placement and Confirmation

Once you place an order on the HRK NX website, you will receive an automated order confirmation email containing your order number and a summary of the items purchased.

• This email confirms that we have received your order request, but it does not guarantee that the order has been accepted or shipped.
• All orders are subject to inventory availability and payment verification.

Order Modifications

We process orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes to your order (such as updating the shipping address or changing an item size/color), please contact us immediately.

• Timeframe: Modifications can only be made before the order has been dispatched.
• Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, we are unable to modify the details.

Order Cancellations by Customer

You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as the order has not yet been dispatched from our facility.

• If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to wait for the item to arrive and initiate a return (subject to our Return Policy).

Order Cancellations by HRK NX

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Common reasons for order cancellation by our team include:

• The item is out of stock or discontinued.
• Errors in product pricing or description on the website.
• Our payment gateway flags the transaction as potentially fraudulent or unauthorized.
• The shipping address provided is incomplete or outside our serviceable areas within India.

If HRK NX cancels your order, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on the HRK NX website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.
• We accept standard digital payment methods. The payment will be deducted at the time the order is placed.
• In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly priced item.

Returns and Refunds (Overview)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return and full refund, the following conditions must be strictly met:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
• Items must be in their original condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Inspection and Right to Refuse Refund:

Once your return is received, our quality control team will thoroughly inspect the item. HRK NX reserves the right to reject a return and cancel the refund if we find that the product has been used, washed, altered, damaged, or is missing its original tags. If a return is rejected for these reasons, the item will be sent back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.

How to Initiate a Return:

• To initiate a return, please email orders@hrknx.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and successfully inspect the returned item. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to a bank account provided by you. (Note: The INR 69/- COD or shipping fee is non-refundable).
