Before Dispatch: You can request a full refund cancellation by contacting us with your Order Number. After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. You will need to wait for delivery and initiate a return as per our return policy.

HRK NX reserves the right to cancel an order if: An item is out of stock or discontinued. There is a pricing/description error on the website. The transaction is flagged for potential security or fraud issues. The delivery address is incomplete or unserviceable. If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately, and a 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We offer a 7-day easy return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return and full refund: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered. All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.

Once received, our quality control team inspects the returned product. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Note: If an item fails inspection (e.g., shows signs of wear, washing, or missing tags), the return will be rejected and sent back to you at your shipping expense with no refund issued.

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via bank transfer to the account details provided by you during the return process. Non-refundable fees: The ₹69 COD / shipping fee is non-refundable.
